1. Tastings
Do I need a reservation for a tasting?
Our Tasting Room is temporarily closed for 18 months while we take Brook & Bull on the road! Check our Events page for pop-ups around the Pacific Northwest and beyond.Can I schedule a private tasting?
Yes. Private tastings for Wine Club members and others (based on availability) are available in Walla Walla. Please email wine@brookandbull.com or call 509-563-2191 to inquire for more information.2. Orders & Shipping
I prefer pickup instead of shipping. Is that possible while the tasting room is closed?
Absolutely. After placing your order, contact us at wine@brookandbull.com or 509-563-2191 to arrange a pickup time and location in Walla Walla (please allow at least 48 hours’ notice).
You can also let us know if you’d like to pick up at one of our pop-ups or pickup parties—we’re happy to bring your wines along!When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within one week of purchase, weather permitting.
We delay shipments when temperatures exceed 82°F or drop below 35°F between Walla Walla and your destination to ensure safe delivery. You’ll receive tracking information by email (and text, if subscribed) once your order is on the way.Do you ship with FedEx or UPS?
We primarily ship via UPS, but we’re happy to note a FedEx preference if that works better for your area. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.You can update your shipping address anytime through your online profile before your order ships.
If your wine is already in transit, contact us right away—we may be able to redirect it.Please note: An adult 21+ must sign for delivery.
UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package. Once a shipment is on its way back to us, we’ll need to reship or hold it for pickup.What happens if my shipment is returned or undeliverable?
If your order is returned, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment or pickup. A small return or reshipment fee may apply.3. Wine Club

Can I customize my club shipment?
Yes! Before each release, you’ll receive an email with customization options. If you don’t respond by the deadline, you’ll receive a curated winemaker’s selection.
How do I update my shipping address or credit card?
You can log in to your online account to update your address or payment method anytime. If you prefer, you can reach out to us via email or phone and we are happy to help.

How do I find out about upcoming events?
Visit our Events page or watch for emails and texts sent to our allocation list and text club subscribers.
Can I RSVP to your events online?
Due to Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board regulations, events must be private and invite-only. You can express interest through our website, and we’ll follow up with a personal invitation once available.
5. About the Winery / Story
Where are your wines made?
Our wines are crafted in a co-op production are in Walla Walla, Washington, by our winemaker Ashley Trout.
We proudly source grapes from seven exceptional vineyards across the state.
Where does the name come from?
Brook & Bull is a nod to Ashley Trout’s last name and the places she’s called home. Brook trout are native to the East Coast, and bull trout are native to the Pacific Northwest—a perfect reflection of her journey.
How many cases do you produce?
We’re a boutique winery, producing about 3,000 cases per year.
Our wines often sell out quickly through our Wine Club and select events.
