A name shaped by a journey.
A nod to winemaker Ashley Trout’s own story: brook trout from the East Coast where she began, and bull trout from the Pacific Northwest she now calls home.
Brook & Bull Cellars is a Walla Walla, Washington winery built around curiosity rather than convention. Each vintage is treated as its own conversation—sometimes familiar, sometimes unexpected—resulting in wines that favor uncommon blends, overlooked varietals, restrained oak, and a clear sense of year-to-year change. All fruit is sourced from vineyards committed to long-term cultural sustainability.

Any “pick up orders” can be delivered to local Walla Walla locations or we can meet you for a pick up- just email or call and we’ll take care of you.
